Location: Sutton Coldfield
Hours: 40 hours per week
Additional flexibility and working hours will be required to meet the needs of the service.
Salary: £35,620 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Additional Benefits:
Sleep-ins paid at £70 per night

We are seeking a committed, motivated, and experienced Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in the effective day-to-day management of our service in Sutton Coldfield. This is a key leadership role, ideal for someone passionate about delivering high-quality care and support while developing and leading a strong staff team.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting a positive, safe, and person-centred environment.
Support the Registered Manager in the overall management and development of the service
Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Assist with staff recruitment, induction, training, and performance management
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and regulatory standards
Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, and reviews
Act as a point of contact for staff, service users, families, and professionals
Deputise for the Registered Manager in their absence
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safeguarding, and best practice
Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role within a care setting
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
A sound understanding of care standards, safeguarding, and regulatory frameworks
Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins where required
A compassionate, professional, and proactive approach
Relevant qualifications and experience will be essential and reflected in the salary offered.
