Asset Management Analyst

Location: 22 Bishopsgate, London – Hybrid

Type: Permanent

As a future Asset Management Analyst, reporting to the Sector Lead within AXA IM Alts, Real Assets, you will contribute to the management and value creation of AXA REIM managed properties. Your responsibilities include:

1. Collecting and analyzing relevant data at asset level (technical, legal, tax, commercial)
2. Supporting asset strategy development and annual business plans
3. Maintaining financial models (DCF)
4. Assisting in budgeting and monitoring (revenues, opex, capex) in coordination with property managers or asset operators
5. Analyzing ESG data and understanding its impact on real estate
6. Monitoring external valuations and asset KPIs, contributing to investor reporting
7. Supervising tenancy issues, claims, and legal matters with advisors
8. Implementing marketing and letting strategies
9. Monitoring refurbishment or development projects with internal/external experts
10. Assisting in disposals (data room, valuation, RFP)
11. Supporting investment underwriting led by acquisitions teams
12. Providing analytical and presentation support on strategic topics

Your Profile

We welcome diverse skills and experiences. Ideal qualifications include:

• Degree in business or real estate
• RICS qualification or accreditation
• Studying for the APC
• Interest in real estate sector and related legislation/financial techniques

Skills and attributes:

• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
• Autonomous, proactive, results-driven
• Fluent in English
