Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team in Monument. This full-time temporary role involves processing supplier bills, managing the supplier database, and assisting with compliance tasks. Candidates should have previous experience in an Accounts Assistant position, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, and a readiness to learn new accounting software. The position offers a pay range of £14 to £15.50 per hour.

Pay: 14 - 15.50 per hour
Duration: Temporary ongoing
Hours/days: Full Time, Monday- Friday (9am - 5.30pm)
- Entering, costing, and processing supplier bills with precision
- Managing our comprehensive database of suppliers and subcontractors
- Assisting with various ad-hoc compliance tasks as needed
- Supporting the team with any other matters that arise
- We're searching for a self-starter who thrives in a team environment yet can work independently following thorough training.
- Previous experience within an Accounts Assistant role
- To succeed, you should have:
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- A readiness to learn our bespoke accounting software, Evision & Webcontractor (training provided)
