About the Role

As a Senior Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for:

  • Act as a key day-to-day contact for mid/large or complex commercial clients
  • Support Account Executives/Directors in managing mid-market to large corporate accounts
  • Liaise with insurers and underwriters in the open market
  • Negotiate terms, premiums, and coverage extensions with underwriters
  • Manage mid-term adjustments (MTAs) and remarketing where required
  • Ensure policy documentation is accurate and compliant with insurer and regulatory standards
  • Review renewal terms and prepare renewal reports for Account Executives and clientsManaging all associated administration tasks
  • Using the Acturis system to process policies and customer information
About You
  • Previous insurance experience (essential)
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • A strong eye for detail and high accuracy in administration
  • Confidence using systems—Acturis experience is highly desirable
