A national serious injury practice is seeking an experienced Serious Injury Solicitor at Associate level to manage a portfolio of complex claims, predominantly RTA-based, with values ranging from £125,000 to multi-million-pound cases. This role allows for both individual case management and mentoring of colleagues in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of PQE, a strong track record in high-value litigation, and a commitment to exceptional client care. Flexible working arrangements are available.
