Based in Belfast, you’ll be part of a 24/7 shift team supporting critical infrastructure and resolving network/IT incidents with precision and professionalism. You’ll collaborate closely with Network Engineering and Service Delivery teams to ensure high-quality service delivery across a vital client base.
