Role Responsibilities:
  • To build, lead, and inspire a high-performing UK sales team, creating structure with a results‑driven culture.
  • To develop and execute a sales strategy that drives growth through farmer engagement and relationship‑building across the UK.
  • To oversee and optimise the end-to-end sales systems, using analytics and technology to drive process excellence.
  • To represent the company at industry events and key customer meetings.
  • To collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • To stay abreast of industry trends to drive growth, achieve targets, and identify opportunities in new markets.
Skills you will need:
  • Degree qualification within sales, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales management role.
  • Experience in leading high-performing sales teams, coaching, inspiring, and leading by example. Experience in both B2B and B2C sales, with excellent sales skills and principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A knowledge and understanding of agriculture, particularly the beef sector.
  • A team collaborator who can work effectively and cohesively across the business.
  • A relationship builder able to build and maintain lasting business relationships.
  • A strategic thinker with good business acumen.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, able to prioritise workloads to meet business needs. Self‑motivated, with a practical, hands‑on approach.
  • Confident in using data, analysing trends, and driving positive outcomes.
  • Highly professional and results‑driven.
  • UK driving licence, with the desire to travel across the UK, and willing to travel internationally when required.
