Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of Group management accounts.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Support the annual audit process, prepare supporting documentation, and respond to external auditor queries.
• Oversee the billing process for all revenue and debtors.
• Drive process and system improvement projects, especially within NetSuite and NSPB.
• Perform final reviews to ensure the accuracy of all postings across all group ledgers.
• Collaborate with the NetSuite Administrator to enhance ERP reporting capabilities.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We seek a qualified and proactive Finance Manager to help scale and refine our financial operations as the business grows.

Essential

• CIMA / ACA / ACCA qualified Accountant.
• Experience with monthly reconciliations.
• Experience in payments and billing.
• Experience in group management accounts preparation, including intercompany accounting.
• Organized and capable of working under tight deadlines.

Desirable

• Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Experience with NetSuite.

THE TEAM

This role is part of a close-knit group of experienced finance professionals mainly working within the UK. We meet occasionally for social events but primarily work remotely, with daily contact via Zoom.

INTERVIEW PROCESS

Stage 1: Screening call with the Talent Team
Stage 2: Zoom interview with the CFO
Stage 3: Zoom interview with the Head of Treasury and Finance Controller
Stage 4: Optional Zoom interview with a Finance Team member
We aim to follow this process but may add stages if needed to ensure a good fit.
