A leading agricultural parts company in the UK is seeking a Category Manager to drive product strategy and optimize the lifecycle of their Shop and Workshop category. This role requires strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking, along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Develop and manage the category plan aligned with company strategy.
Optimize product lifecycle and ensure competitive positioning.
Use data and market research to drive decisions and spot new trends.
Contribute to business plans, promotional activities, and cost-saving initiatives.
Manage commercial results and partner compliance.
Engage with stakeholders and external partners effectively.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years in a similar management role with strong stakeholder and commercial skills.
Technical knowledge related to the agri industry is considered an asset.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset.
Able to drive and manage change when introducing new products or systems.
Strategic thinking and business insight
