My client, a global, boutique search business based in Central London, requires a Delivery Consultant to join their Financial Technology Practice.

• Supporting Consultants and a Partner, you will lead the research and delivery on retained Financial Services Technology mandates
• You’ll work on complex roles, identifying and attracting the best talent for clients in international locations
• You will understand and be proud of the important role research and headhunting plays in the successful completion of mandates
• Average fees £40,000, commission from 20%.
• Senior Technology or FS recruiters with gravitas that can operate in the complex world of search and Associates frustrated in a slow-moving executive search firm will work well in this environment
• In return, you will work in a highly meritocratic organisation in which you can earn six figures.
