A global technology platform in London is seeking a Senior Associate to focus on placing Board members into Financial Services organizations. The role includes headhunting, client management, and candidate shortlisting. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in Executive Search and a proven track record with Board-level placements. Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Focus on placing Board members into Financial Services organisations as a Senior Associate.
  • Map targets and conduct headhunting, including searching the Member database.
  • Attend client briefs and write briefing documents.
  • Longlist, screen, and shortlist candidates; present documents and provide feedback.
  • Handle offers and references; manage the candidate and client cycle across mandates. The level of responsibility will vary depending on the mandate and which Sales person has won the job.
  • Operate similarly to a Partner/Consultant and Associate relationship within the team.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Executive Search.
  • Proven experience placing Board-level individuals such as Chairs and NEDs.
  • Strong intellect, highly motivated and ambitious.
