A national social housing contractor are seeking experienced and versatile Multi Trader Operatives to support our responsive maintenance operations across social housing properties in the Coalville area. If you're passionate about quality workmanship and thrive in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Multi Trader, you\'ll carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across both occupied and vacant properties. Your day-to-day work may include:
- Carpentry
- Joinery
- Groundworks
- Tiling
- Plastering
- Plumbing
- Painting & Decorating
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a recognised trade
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Proven experience in one or more of the listed trades
- Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
- Previous experience working in social housing
- Commitment to safe working practices and compliance with health & safety regulations
- 6 month fixed term contract
