Qualifications

• 5-10 years of RN experience with 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Must have a current valid Massachusetts RN license.
• Must have at least 2 years of primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing and medical assistant services including the Vaccine for Children Program.
• Develop Nursing Department budget with key stakeholders.
• Ensure adequate staffing and competency throughout the Nursing Department.
