A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking an exceptional leader to manage the UK Rare Blood Disorders team. This role involves leading strategy, developing teams, and ensuring compliance while driving pre- and post-launch excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, proven leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the NHS landscape. The company offers a hybrid working policy and strong career development opportunities.
In this high‑impact leadership role, you will lead the UK Rare Blood Disorders strategy and team, co‑owning national commercial plans and driving pre‑ and post‑launch excellence across the portfolio. You will inspire and develop high‑performing teams, build strong cross‑functional and external partnerships, and ensure all activities meet the highest compliance and ethical standards. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, oversee budget and performance management, shape UK input into global and regional strategy, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver strong business results.
The role is based at our Gatwick office with a hybrid working policy, and includes occasional travel within the UK and light attendance at European congresses, depending on business needs.
