A leading housing association in the UK is seeking a skilled Operations Officer to provide technical support for maintenance issues. The role involves inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining high-quality data. Reporting into the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the investigation, identification, diagnosis and problem solving of day to maintenance issues raised either internally or by our customers. You'll own the day to day technical support for your locality, allowing our in house trades delivery teams and external contractors to carry works required at first visit. Travel will be involved with this role, so you should be happy to travel, have access to a car and a full UK driving licence. This role is also subject to a basic DBS disclosure.
