About the Role

Join Coty, the global leader in beauty, to support 360° marketing plans for a portfolio of iconic fragrance, color cosmetics, and skin & body care brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of 360° marketing plans, including media executions, asset production, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Monitor and evaluate brand and portfolio performance, trends, and competitive landscape to strengthen strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Liaise closely with local and global marketing teams, sales, supply, and external agencies to achieve objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits of brand e‑content on retailer websites and collaborate with the e‑commerce team to update content.
  • Maintain budget files by raising purchase orders and supporting invoice queries.
  • Manage and distribute new product samples to marketing, sales, and PR teams.
  • Represent the brand and present brand inductions/updates internally.
  • Coordinate product sample stockroom and oversee sample dispatch.
  • Assist in generating campaign ideas, conducting product research & analysis projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on hotspot calendar deployment, briefing, artwork review, and liaising with distributors to maximize trending space on stand.
