This role involves overseeing commercial and residential projects valued up to £10 million, ensuring compliance with standards, and managing multiple contracts. The position offers competitive compensation of £50,000 to £60,000, relocation support, and a range of benefits. Suitable candidates must have at least 5 years of experience and a valid driving license. This is an immediate start opportunity.

You will play a pivotal role and enjoy working in a variety of environments between commercial and residential, working with high profile & prestigious clients. This company is one of the Channel Islands' most established and respected main contractors, delivering high‑quality projects across the commercial, residential, private sectors in various industries. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team, contribute to an increasing workload, and benefit from an opportunity to relocate to the Channel Islands for a genuine lifestyle change.
- Monday‑Friday site based role in Guernsey, Channel Islands
- Ensure contracts are compliant with legal, company, and industry standards
- Managing 2‑3 projects at a time locally depending on size
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contracts Manager, preferably within the construction sector.
- Proven experience managing commercial and residential projects, including projects up to £10 million in value.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee contracts, budgets, and project delivery effectively.
- Serious intent and readiness to relocate to the Channel Islands.
- Full driving licence.
