Job summary
A healthcare organization in Stockport is seeking a Medical Records Clerk to manage waiting lists, book appointments, and support the introduction of an electronic record keeping system. Candidates should hold a GCSE and have strong administrative skills, including dealing with enquiries and maintaining case files. This role involves liaising with various departments and ensuring case history records are accurate.
Qualifications
- Attention to detail in managing case files.

Responsibilities
- Collate and maintain waiting lists.
- Book appointments and generate correspondence.
- Monitor and report on waiting times.
Education
- Organisation and maintenance of case files, including filing correspondence sequentially
- Photocopying duties
- Liaison with other departments and agencies
- Work electronically with email and other computer systems and databases
- Deal with general enquiries from families
- Liaison with and understanding of the PIMH teams
- Attend meetings, training, and briefing sessions
