PURPOSE

Are you passionate about transforming data into strategic action? As our Sales Technology Analyst – Sales Insights, you’ll be at the forefront of our data-driven sales strategy, leveraging advanced analytics and AI-powered tools to unlock performance insights, drive productivity, and shape the future of our sales organization.

This role is pivotal in delivering actionable intelligence across multiple regions and initiatives, evaluating ROI, and supporting the deployment of cutting-edge sales technologies like Gong and Salesforce.

This is a hybrid role, and you will be required to travel to either or both our Stockport and Leicester offices as needed. You must have full right to work in the UK.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Sales Performance & Insight Generation

    • Analyze end-to-end sales funnel performance across UK&I and global markets.
    • Evaluate ROI of sales initiatives and technology deployments.
    • Deliver compelling insights through dashboards, scorecards, and performance commentary.
  • Reporting & Data Management

    • Own the delivery of accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
    • Ensure precision in reports used for external governance, regulatory submissions, and commission calculations.
    • Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions using Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement

    • Act as a trusted advisor to Sales Leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Influence strategic decisions through clear, value-adding commentary and storytelling.
    • Drive adoption of standardized KPIs and global performance definitions.
  • Sales Technology Adoption

    • Track usage, adoption, and impact of AI-driven tools like Gong.
    • Provide insights into productivity gains and behavioral trends from conversational intelligence platforms.
    • Support rollout and performance tracking of new CRM and sales enablement technologies.
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in performance analysis, sales operations, or business intelligence.
  • Strong understanding of the sales funnel and its impact on business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver insightful dashboards using Power BI, Excel Power Query, and DAX.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Salesforce data extraction.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for storytelling through data.
  • Experience in launching and tracking AI or CRM tools (e.g., Gong, Salesforce).

  • Alternatively, equivalent professional experience in a data-driven role within Sales Operations or BI.
  • Desirable: Certifications in Salesforce, Power BI, SQL, or Excel Power Query.
