• You must have an EU/UK passport.
• You must speak perfect Italian and B1+ English.
• 10+ years of experience in the IT sector.
• 5+ years of experience in Windows system administration.
• Experience working on large infrastructures.
• PowerShell automation experience.
• Understanding of MS Group Policy creation and management.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Windows client OS and MacOS.
• Install Windows servers and related business applications.
• Resolve server hardware and OS issues.
• Provide L2 support and handle ticketing tools.
• Participate in server maintenance and upgrades.
• Create and improve relevant documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy Windows client OS and MacOS
• Install Windows servers and take care of related business applications
• Resolve server hardware and OS issues with vendor support
• Provide L2 support and handle ticketing tools
• Participate in server maintenance (after hours) and upgrade server systems, as scheduled
• Create and improve the relevant documentation

Required Skills:

• You MUST have an EU/UK passport
• You MUST speak perfect Italian and B1+ English
• You have 10+ years of experience in the IT sector, and 5+ years of experience in Windows system administration
• You have experience working on large infrastructures
• You have previously worked with various teams in an IT department, collaborating to solve problems together
• You have PowerShell automation experience
• You have a good understanding of MS Group Policy creation and management
