About the Role

We are seeking a confident, creative, and engaging TikTok Live Presenter to represent our makeup brand across TikTok Live sessions. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about beauty, loves connecting with audiences in real-time, and thrives on creating fun, interactive shopping experiences. You will be the face of our brand on TikTok Live, demonstrating products, answering questions, and driving sales through authentic and entertaining livestreams.

Key Responsibilities

· Live Hosting: Present and host engaging TikTok Live sessions, showcasing our makeup products to new and existing audiences.

· Product Demonstration: Apply, swatch, and explain product features, benefits, and usage tips in a clear and relatable way.

· Audience Engagement: Interact with viewers in real-time, answer questions, respond to comments, and create a welcoming community atmosphere.

· Sales Focus: Drive product awareness and conversions during livestreams by confidently explaining promotions, bundles, and special offers.

· Content Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to plan live schedules, scripts, product line-ups, and campaign tie-ins.

· Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the company’s tone of voice, values, and beauty expertise.

· Performance Tracking: Monitor live performance metrics (views, engagement, sales conversions) and provide feedback to improve future sessions.

· Trend Awareness: Stay updated with TikTok trends, beauty industry news, and livestream best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.

Qualifications & Skills

· Previous experience in live presenting, social media content creation, or on-camera work (TikTok/Instagram/YouTube Lives preferred).

· Strong interest in makeup and beauty products with the ability to confidently demonstrate and explain them.

· Excellent communication, improvisation, and storytelling skills.

· Charismatic, outgoing, and comfortable in front of a live audience.

· Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to inspire purchase decisions.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to align with live streaming peak times.

· Familiarity with TikTok features, algorithms, and livestream tools.

Desirable (Nice to Have)

· Experience in retail, beauty consulting, or makeup artistry.

· Knowledge of livestream sales platforms and e-commerce integrations.

· Ability to create short-form video content outside of live sessions (for promotions and teasers).
