- Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities for both the network and partner businesses.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development goals with operational capabilities.
- Analyse market trends to identify potential areas for growth and expansion.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- A successful Business Development Manager should have:
