The salary range of this role is 65000 - 77000 per annum depending on experience.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Tymit at the heart of an exciting new product initiative. Youll play a key role in shaping how people experience and interact with our product. Youll lead design across our journeys refine our user experience support our design system and help define the next generation of features that empower users to boost their shopping experience and achieve financial wellness.

As a Senior Product Designer youll be a passionate advocate for our users and a driving force for creativity and craft. Youll work closely with product managers engineers data analysts and marketers to translate insights into elegant functional and delightful user experiences. Youll move fluidly between discovery and delivery balancing design vision with practical execution.

• Own the end-to-end design process for key areas of our product from discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration.
• Design beautiful intuitive and effective user interfaces for mobile and web.
• Conduct user research usability testing and data-driven design validation.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality experiences at speed.
• Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency scalability and accessibility across our products.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles across the company inspiring others with your passion for great design.

• 5 years of experience in product design ideally within a fast-paced tech or fintech environment.
• A portfolio showcasing exceptional UX and visual design skills and a track record of shipping successful products.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or higher) clear concise and confident in both written and spoken form able to present ideas effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with modern design and AI tools (Figma Framer Maze Lovable etc.)
• Strong understanding of interaction design usability and accessibility principles.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating design decisions clearly.
• A problem-solving mindset high attention to detail and an eagerness to experiment and learn.
• You have excellent storytelling capabilities bringing research findings to life creatively utilizing excellent data visualization tools (storyboards user flows journey maps).
• You are great at using data to form a hypothesis and defining metrics to identify and explain growth opportunities.
• You have a strong desire to contribute to the success of Tymits growth plans.

• Experience designing running or interpreting A / B tests or working with conversion rate optimization (CRO) teams
