Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar LA role.
  • Experience handling >250 caseloads and participation in tribunals.
  • Detailed knowledge of Children and Families Act 2014 and SEN Regulations 2014.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the EHC needs assessment process for a set locality.
  • Carry out day‑to‑day casework and ensure quality and consistency.
  • Attend annual review meetings and support parents.
