Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in staffing or human capital management.
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of pay / bill processes within a staffing context.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document detailed business requirements from various departments.
• Act as a subject matter expert for VMS.
• Optimize pay / bill processes and collaborate with finance teams.

Fluent in French & English
