Job summary
A leading trade association for the UK paper industry seeks a professional to influence legislation and sustainability initiatives related to fibre-based packaging. The role requires expertise in analyzing policies and preparing consultation responses. Ideal candidates should have a degree in sustainability or related fields and strong communication and analytical skills. This home-based position necessitates regular travel to London and Brussels. Qualifications
- Educated to degree level, preferably with experience in sustainability or policy.
- Strong understanding of environmental legislation affecting the packaging sector.

Responsibilities

- Prepare position papers and consultation responses on industry issues.
- Represent CPI at industry forums and coordinate committee meetings.
