A legal firm based in the UK is seeking an experienced Fee Earner, Solicitor, or Lawyer specializing in personal injury and catastrophic injury cases. The role is fully remote, offering a salary of up to £47,000 plus annual bonus. Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of experience in handling Multi-Track personal injury cases. This position does not require business development and provides equipment and opportunities for progression.

Responsabilités
- Run your own caseload of claimant catastrophic injury PI claims.
- Take initial instructions and manage your caseload.
- Prepare court documents including witness statements.

100% Remote Working Fee Earner, Solicitor, Lawyer

Working pattern: Full Time (or potentially 4 days/week)
- Work 100% remotely
- Salary up to £47,000 + annual bonus
- Qualified & non-qualified fee earners encouraged to apply
- Advise on catastrophic injury cases valued over £100k
- No need for business development or marketing
- Progression opportunities
- Run your own caseload of claimant catastrophic injury PI claims - under supervision
- Take initial instructions
- Manage your caseload from start to finish including through litigation where necessary
- Liaise with experts, counsel & clients
- Prepare court documents including witness statements, claim forms, schedules of loss, particulars of claim, lists of documents etc
- Instruct and brief counsel
- Diarise & comply with court timetables
- To already be a Grade A Fee Earner
- 8+ years experience handling Multi-Track personal injury cases
- EL/PL experience
- Catastrophic injury experience is useful but NOT essential
- Being a qualified solicitor or legal executive is beneficial, but not essential
- Litigation & CPR knowledge handling litigated matters
- Knowledge & experience of the MoJ Portal
- Salary up to £47,000
- Annual bonus
- 100% work from home if required
- 25 days holiday (increasing over time)
