Senior Meta Ads Specialist - Gambling & Comparison Sites
Location: Remote (occasional travel if required)

We are working exclusively with a leading performance marketing business in the online gambling and iGaming sector to recruit a Senior Meta Ads Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of high-value campaigns in a competitive, fast-moving vertical where every click counts.

This role will suit a hands-on, results-driven performance marketer with a proven track record in Meta Ads campaign optimisation, compliance management, and scaling strategies - particularly within the gambling and comparison site niches.

You\'ll lead the full campaign lifecycle - from deep-dive audits to high-level strategy, from creative direction to ROI-driven optimisation. You\'ll also act as a key advisor on compliance, split testing, and audience targeting to ensure every penny spent delivers maximum impact.

• Audit and analyse existing Meta Ads campaigns, accounts, and creatives to identify growth opportunities.
• Design and implement strategies to improve CPA, ROAS, and FTD acquisition volumes.
• Build, optimise, and scale paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Meta placements.
• Develop and run structured split-testing frameworks for creatives, targeting, placements, and landing pages.
• Ensure all ads and messaging meet Meta gambling compliance and ASA guidelines.
• Translate campaign data into actionable insights to guide future optimisation.

• 4+ years\' experience managing high-budget Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record in gambling, sports betting, or iGaming advertising.
• Experience in comparison site marketing.
• Advanced knowledge of Meta gambling ad policies, campaign scaling, and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical skills and budget management expertise.

• Multi-GEO campaign experience.
• CRM retargeting and remarketing expertise.
• Experience with affiliate marketing, CPA models, and conversion funnel optimisation.

• Work remotely with occasional travel.
