A financial services firm is looking for an Area Collections Agent to engage with customers in their homes and assist them with financial solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a full UK driving licence. This role offers flexibility in hours, the potential for monthly bonuses, and a supportive approach to work-life balance, making it an attractive opportunity for individuals with a background in Sales or similar fields.
Location: Within a 90-minute travel radius of your home (applicants must reside within Worcester or Cheltenham)
Salary: From £27,965 + £4,200 per annum car allowance + uncapped monthly bonus as a guide our current Field team earn monthly bonuses from £200-£400 Earnings Potential: Up to £35,765 per year (inclusive of car allowance)
Hours: Flexible, 40 hours per week (including peak shifts) No Warrant Work Involved

About the Role
As an Area Collections Agent, you\'ll be the friendly face of Orbit, meeting customers at their homes to help them find a way forward with their finances. You’ll offer empathy, guidance, and practical solutions that make a real difference.
Your key responsibilities:
Candidates who have previously been successful in this role have come from a background in Sales, Military or Police.
