Job summary

An international consultancy firm is forming a pool of Gender Equality experts for various upcoming European projects. Candidates with a Master's degree and extensive experience in Gender Equality are encouraged to apply. Senior experts require 15+ years of experience, while mid-level and junior experts need 10 and 5 years respectively. This opportunity allows access to assignments as they become available but does not guarantee immediate placement.

Qualifications

• PhD preferred for senior roles with over 15 years experience.
• 10 years experience in Gender Equality for Mid-level experts.
• 5 years experience in Gender Equality for Junior experts.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise for European projects on Gender Equality.
• Engage in assignments as they arise based on expertise.

About the Opportunity

We are creating a pool of Gender Equality experts for European Training Foundation (ETF) projects in Europe. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

• Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher, e.g. PhD degree
• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 10 years related to Gender Equality for Senior experts;
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 7 years related to Gender Equality for Mid-level experts;
• At least 5 years relevant professional experience of which at least 5 years related to Gender Equality for Junior experts;
• Very good command of English.
