What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor a small, high-impact DevOps team.
Architect and automate CI/CD pipelines with built-in security and compliance.
Drive infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, and modern DevOps toolchains.
Partner with development teams to enable push-button deployments.
Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve DevOps practices.
What You Bring
8+ years in DevOps and CI/CD implementation.
VMware
Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Expertise with tools like Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, Terraform, Ansible, and Docker.
Skilled in scripting (Python, Ruby, etc.) and automation.
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
