A leading distributor of premium skincare brands is seeking a Business Development Consultant to cover Northern Ireland and Donegal. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced field sales professional to represent globally recognised names in professional skincare.
Salary

The successful candidate will join a high-performing sales team focused on growing market share and supporting a network of professional skincare stockists. This field-based role requires a dynamic, passionate individual with proven sales experience, ideally within the beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industries.
Territory: Northern Ireland & Donegal
Drive new business acquisition across the territory by identifying and onboarding suitable stockists for the company's brand portfolio.
Collaborate with existing accounts to set sales targets and support growth through tailored sales strategies and training initiatives.
Utilise internal reporting tools (e.g. Phocas) to analyse account performance and identify opportunities for development.
Act as the first point of contact for your clinics, providing updates on new product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring accounts are fully equipped with both product and marketing collateral.
Keep up to date with competitor activity in the region and report findings regularly.
Submit weekly activity reports and maintain CRM records accurately.
Engage stockists with brand-led marketing campaigns, event planning, and promotional activity.
Deliver and arrange training sessions to ensure high levels of brand knowledge among account staff.
Support stockists in building digital brand presence through effective use of social media.
Meet agreed KPIs and contribute to the overall commercial success of the sales team.
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a proactive, field-based sales role in skincare/beauty/cosmetics, or a strong background in FMCG sales in related industry.
Demonstrated ability to grow and manage accounts, consistently meeting sales targets.
Strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
Commercially aware with a proactive and energetic approach.
Tech-savvy, confident using CRM systems and reporting tools.
Full, clean driving licence is essential.
