Collaborating closely with all levels of leadership, our People + Culture (P+C) team, and departmental stakeholders, you play a pivotal role in talent engagement, development, and ensuring an equitable employee experience at Olo.

You can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.

What You'll Do

  • Provide broad P+C support to all departments, offering intermediate-level consultation and triage on employee relations, policy interpretation, and P+C program implementation
  • Coach and advise leaders and managers on foundational team structures, workforce planning, effective feedback delivery, and high-impact engagement programs in a high-growth environment
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct effective, objective, and thorough investigations, ensuring compliance with all legal and internal policies
  • Analyze People Analytics and P+C metrics (e.g., performance ratings, attrition, engagement survey data, diversity statistics) in partnership with the P+C team and departmental leaders to identify trends and develop actionable, enterprise-wide solutions
  • Administer and provide guidance on organizational structures, job leveling, and our Total Rewards philosophy (compensation, benefits, and recognition)
  • Partner cross-functionally to lead or support P+C projects focused on retention, engagement, compensation, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
  • Manage the end-to-end administration of the company-wide engagement survey and other engagement-related activities, including communication, launch, data analysis, report generation, and consulting with leaders to drive self-service action planning and improve the employee experience

What We'll Expect From You

  • 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proven experience managing or significantly contributing to the design and execution of an annual and mid-year performance management cycle
  • Strong understanding of performance philosophies and methodologies aimed at cultivating a high-performance culture
  • Demonstrated ability to apply business and data insights to inform and drive HR solutions that achieve organizational objectives
  • Strong learning agility and sound business judgment with the ability to navigate and resolve ambiguity
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Ability to lead change at a process level, initiate and support operational improvements and adjust direction as needed
