A financial services company is looking for a Field Collections Agent to work independently and engage with customers. You will resolve outstanding payments and provide guidance to help clients achieve financial stability. Successful candidates will earn a salary between £27,965 and £35,765 annually, including bonuses. The role requires a full UK driving licence, good communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours. This is a full-time position within a supportive work environment.

Location: Within a 90-minute travel radius of your home (applicants must reside within Bangor)
Salary: From £27,965 + £4,200 per annum car allowance + uncapped monthly bonus as a guide our current Field team earn monthly bonuses from £200-£400 Earnings Potential: Up to £35,765 per year (inclusive of car allowance) Hours: Flexible, 40 hours per week (including prime hours) No Warrant Work Involved
