• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and fitness principles.
• Experience in designing and implementing effective workout programs for clients of all fitness levels.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone with video conferencing capabilities.
• Enthusiasm for fitness and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire clients remotely.
