You'll be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring high cooking standards while supporting your team. - Oversee kitchen operations and maintain high cooking standards.
- Work alongside the Head Chef to ensure team performance.
- Develop skills in managing kitchen services.

As one of our Sous Chef, you could earn in the region £45,000 per year:
- Base Salary: Up to £38,000 per year depending on experience
- Tronc: Estimated between £6.5k - £10k per annum
- Bonus: Up to £2.5k annual bonus potential
- Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required
