The post holder's principal duties are based at the John Radcliffe and the Churchill (total of 10 PA) comprising a mix of 8.5 clinical PAs and 1.5 supporting PAs. The clinical PAs require the appointee to perform a mixture of allergy and immunology clinics, with allergy predominating. The immunology clinics will focus on primary and secondary immunodeficiency while allergy clinics will be dedicated to immunotherapy, drug allergy, general allergy (inhalants, foods) and anaphylaxis. A separate PA is allocated for drug and food challenges.

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
