Location: Remote, the team is based in Ukraine and the UK.

Creating and managing a TikTok Shop affiliate system that builds effective sales funnels through influencers, niche accounts, and partners.

• Finding, recruiting, and managing affiliates (bloggers, influencers, and TikTok account owners).
• Cold traffic – capturing attention through hooks and viral content.
• Audience warming – content that builds demand and trust.
• Purchase conversion – leveraging influencers and showcasing product benefits.
• Retargeting – engaging audiences who have already interacted with the content.
• Creating content strategies for affiliates: developing content plans for various accounts, tailored to customer pain points.
• Market and trend analysis to adjust strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
• Optimizing affiliate funnels to improve conversion rates and scale successful models.
• Outreach campaigns to attract top affiliates and establish strong partnerships.
• Using situational marketing to drive organic traffic.

Experience in affiliate marketing and managing partnership programs.
Deep understanding of TikTok Shop and its algorithms.
Strong analytical thinking – ability to adapt strategies based on trends and audience behavior.
Creativity in content – developing materials that drive sales.
Ability to work with influencers and TikTok account owners.

Building systematic affiliate sales funnels that ensure a stable flow of orders and enable scaling of the TikTok Shop.
