Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and delivery-focused Global Desk Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of our international grant-making portfolio. This is a full-time, remote role with line management responsibilities across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing global grant onboarding and compliance
- Leading a small, distributed team
- Overseeing workflows, documentation, and issue resolution
- Supporting disbursement planning and partner communications
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in international grants, philanthropy, or operational coordination
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Confidence navigating systems and remote team dynamics
- A flexible, problem-solving mindset
? Please note: We are prioritising applicants based in the UK or with established UK contractor status.
? Individual consultants only – no agencies or companies.
? Fee: £2,900/month (inclusive of VAT) – approx. £130/day
? Contract: Individual consultant only – 12-month term
