This role is position designed for experienced professionals eager to make a significant contribution.

The HR Manager

The HR Manager will apply deliver HR leadership throughout the organization. Oversee and coordinate HR activities to ensure that the company’s workforce is effectively managed, supported, and aligned with organizational goals.

Your Tasks Will Include:
  • Oversee all HR administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Prepare and maintain employee contracts and related documentation.
  • Lead the onboarding process to provide a seamless and engaging experience for new hires.
  • Manage and communicate employee benefits packages, ensuring staff are well-informed of updates.
  • Coordinate and deliver training and development initiatives across the company.
  • Provide HR support and strategic advice to managers and leadership on employee relations, performance, and policies.
  • Collaborate with a small Project Management Office to align HR objectives with operational goals.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects and support various operational initiatives.
To be a good fit for the HR Manager role, you will have:
  • 4-5+ years of experience in an HR Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Background in consultancy or professional services (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Keys to success:
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Exposure to operations or project management is a plus.
