R&D Partners is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Managing Director to lead our UK and Ireland technical consulting team. This leadership role focuses on driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of market access services. You will play a key role in advancing patient access through evidence, value, and policy insights while aligning with the organization's global vision.

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

• Oversee project delivery, ensuring high‑quality outcomes that meet client expectations.
• Represent the organization at industry events to enhance visibility and market presence.
• Drive operational excellence by improving processes and implementing best practices.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in market access, pricing, or health economics within the life sciences sector.
• Ability to translate technical knowledge into strategic business value.
• Proven experience in business development and client relationship management.
• Deep understanding of healthcare systems and policies in the UK and Ireland.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
