Are you an experienced Medical Operations professional who thrives on bringing structure, clarity, and operational excellence to complex Medical Affairs environments? The Role

As Medical Operations Lead, you will take ownership of the operational delivery of Medical Affairs projects for biopharma clients. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you will design, implement, and optimise the processes, systems, and governance frameworks that underpin effective Medical Affairs functions.

You will act as a trusted operational partner to clients, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to a high standard while also driving long-term, sustainable improvements in how Medical teams operate.

Key responsibilities include
