A leading NHS consultancy is seeking an Interim Equal Pay & Job Evaluation Specialist for a critical short-term project. The specialist will be responsible for creating a fair and transparent pay structure, reviewing job descriptions, and conducting evaluations in response to recent TUPE transfers. Ideal candidates will be qualified HR professionals with proven experience in job evaluation design, equal pay compliance, and familiarity with NHS pay structures. This is a remote role expected to last around one month.
