Family Law Attorney (Remote) | Seattle, WA

A respected and growing family law and estate planning firm in Seattle is seeking a Family Law Attorney with at least 3 years of relevant experience to join their team. This is a remote position offering meaningful client work, courtroom experience, and a healthy work-life balance with a low billable hour requirement.

Key Details:

• Location: Seattle, WA (remote) – Must be able to travel to King & Snohomish Counties
• Salary Range: $110,000–$160,000+ (Compensation above range available for highly experienced candidates)
• Benefits: Full benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and annual performance-based bonuses

What You’ll Do:

• Manage family law cases from start to finish, including discovery, negotiations, and courtroom litigation
• Appear in court and handle client interactions with professionalism and empathy
• Collaborate with a supportive and collegial legal team

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in family law
• Must have a stable work history
• Strong litigation and case management skills
• Admitted to practice in Washington State

Billables & Bonuses:

• Annual billable target: 1300–1600 hours
• Attorneys billing at or above 1600 hours are generously rewarded
• Performance-based bonuses awarded annually
