We are seeking experienced Investment Banking / Private Equity professionals to support a cutting‑edge AI training and financial modeling project. This is a remote, hourly contract role focused on replicating real-world financial workflows to help improve next‑generation AI financial reasoning systems.

Position : Finance Expert

Hourly Rate : USD $150 / hour

Contract Duration : Through end of February (extension possible)

Commitment : 10–40 hours / week depending on your availability

Location : Fully remote

Payment : Weekly payouts via Stripe Connect, based on hours logged

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Build detailed financial models from scratch, including LBOs, DCFs, operating models, and transaction-driven analyses.
• Evaluate, refine, and validate AI-generated financial reasoning, ensuring accuracy, logical rigor, and professional‑grade outputs.
• Review deal‑related scenarios, prompts, and work products, improving clarity, depth, and analytical quality.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to enhance AI model performance and real‑world financial realism.
• Deliver structured, transparent, and audit‑ready financial analysis, aligned with standards used at top‑tier banking and PE firms.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of direct, on‑desk experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity at a top‑tier firm (Academic experience does not count).
• Strong track record in transaction execution, deal modeling, valuation, and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to construct models independently and articulate assumptions clearly.
• Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and ability to review technical financial content.
• Ability to commit minimum 20 hours / week, working fully remotely and asynchronously.
