Job Title: Remote Sales Development Representative (100% Work From Home)

Salary: $2,500 USD/month + commissions via wire transfer

Job Overview:

Our client is a premier financial services marketing firm specializing in sophisticated collateral and marketing materials for investment managers and corporate clients. They create the pitch decks, investment materials, and marketing collateral that drive capital raises, M&A transactions, and business development for leading private equity funds, family offices, and emerging managers.


We are specifically seeking a Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for generating qualified leads and booking meetings with decision-makers at investment firms. This role requires someone who understands the financial services industry, can craft compelling outreach campaigns, and excels at relationship building through multiple touchpoints including email, phone, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities:

Outbound Prospecting:

  • Execute targeted email campaigns to private equity funds, family offices, and investment managers
  • Conduct strategic cold calling to C-level executives and investment professionals
  • Develop and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns to build relationships with prospects
  • Research and identify qualified prospects within target investment firms

Lead Generation & Qualification:

  • Generate 20-30 qualified leads per month through multi-channel outreach
  • Qualify prospects based on fund size, investment focus, and collateral needs
  • Schedule discovery calls and demos for senior sales team members
  • Maintain detailed prospect information and interaction history in CRM

Campaign Management:

  • Develop personalized outreach sequences for different investor segments
  • Create compelling email templates and LinkedIn messages that resonate with financial professionals
  • A/B test messaging approaches to optimize response rates
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics and conversion rates

Relationship Building:

  • Build rapport with prospects through consultative questioning and industry knowledge
  • Follow up persistently while maintaining professional relationships
  • Understand prospect pain points related to fundraising and investor communications
  • Position our services as solutions to their marketing and collateral challenges

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

Sales Experience:

  • 2-3 years of B2B sales development or business development experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation quotas
  • Experience with multi-touch outbound campaigns (email, phone, social)
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot experience preferred)

Financial Services Knowledge:
