Are you a commercially driven professional with a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating strategic partnerships? We're looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow our presence across the Scottish hotel market.
About the Role
In this field-based role, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with hotels across Scotland. Your goal will be to expand market share, drive revenue, and build long-term partnerships that support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and approach new business opportunities within the hotel sector
* Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective hotel partners across Scotland
* Develop tailored proposals and presentations for hotel clients
* Negotiate and close commercial agreements
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
What We're Looking For
* Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in hospitality
* Strong knowledge of the hotel industry in Scotland
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
* Willingness to travel across Scotland
