Job summary
A leading customer service provider in the UK is seeking two Employee Relations Specialists for their HRER team. This role involves acting as a key advisor on employee relations matters, offering support in managing complex cases and collaborating on organisational changes. Candidates should have proven experience in employee relations, a strong understanding of UK employment law, and excellent communication skills.
