Job summary
A leading technology firm is seeking an advanced chemist to enhance AI model training. The candidate will evaluate AI chatbots and assess their problem-solving capabilities in chemistry. Ideal applicants have advanced degrees in related fields and must be detail-oriented. This remote position offers flexible hours and pays starting at £29.61 per hour, with additional bonuses for quality work.

- Native or bilingual level English required.

- Evaluate AI chatbots' outputs for diverse chemistry problems.
- Assess the correctness and performance of AI models.
Skills
Education
We are looking for an advanced chemist to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.
- A completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required. Other related fields include, but are not limited to: Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, Process Development Chemist.
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
- Detail-oriented.
- Proficient in chemistry and inductive/deductive reasoning, physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.
- Give AI chatbots diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.
- This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position.
- Choose which projects you want to work on.
- Work on your own schedule.
- Projects are paid hourly starting at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses on high-quality and high-volume work.
Pay: From £29.61 per hour
