A leading AI recruiting technology company is seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel to join its team in Greater London. This role involves managing commercial transactions, providing legal support, and collaborating with various departments. The ideal candidate has a law degree, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with legal documentation tools. The position is full-time and allows for remote work. Qualifications
- 5 years of commercial transaction and contract negotiation experience.
- Ability to work independently and use good judgment.
- Knowledge of Data Privacy laws preferred.
Responsabilités
- Manage and support a large volume of commercial transactions.
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Provide day-to-day legal support across teams.
